Miller Western Wear from Denver Colorado. The material on this blouse is so soft and crisp- it almost feels brand new. No material tag, but it feels like a light weight cotton. Material has a really nice texture with little diamonds sewn in. Saw tooth pockets with beautiful pearls up the front.
